Listen people i am from chile i have been to santiago, SANTIAGO is the capital city and the city where most people live therefor there are a lot of trucks and cars this might confuse people and think they come from the air (HORN SOUNDS), because santiago is sorrounded by mountains wich i believe it might create some sort of sound distortuion and goes to the air, i dont know how to explain this correctly because my english sucks, think of the laws of chemistry DIFUSION. that is what might create this kind of sound, and i hope this is true, because those sound in RELIGION are bad news! that means that god is angry i have read that before.... o hope you can understand me.
