You had a lovly flight and lucky you got the new Business Class. I flew the same plane 9V-SWJ few yeares agoe. At that time the Business Class seat was of the old one, but still the ride was great. Thanks for showing us :-)

Oh Sheila, here we are talking about weight again. Don't be concerned about walking off anything. You are fine the way you are, In fact, if you get any thinner we won't be able to see you when you turn sideways.

That is very nice of you but I never think of myself "thin" -- probably because I weighed around 105# during my running days and had the teeniest hips! It's true what they say, weight does go on as you get older and Steve and I have always been able to eat up to, and beyond every calorie expended. Love food! I'll try not to talk about weight any more though. Good critiques and/or suggestions from viewers is appreciated! Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention and best regards, Sheila

Thanks and we did enjoy the cruise. All the videos are hindsight is 20/20 because I like to come home and seriously edit. It would take all my fun time to do it while on cruise. Best regards, Sheila
