Seriously -- if you haven't make an album yet, you should. And when you do,
let me know, because I want one! But keep it simple though: just you and
the mandolin, and maybe a guitar and/or fiddle.
Marcy, you really are an outstanding player!
+Marcy Paulson Thanks for the link, Marcy! I don't know if it was just the nature of the Mandolin and your excellent playing, but after listening to the group's performance of Angel Band, I came back to this page, and your performance of Black Mountain Aire started playing. It really was such a pleasant contrast, going from the group and Angel Band, to a very lovely mandolin solo. I also wanted to let you know that I added your channel to my featured list of channels of the world. My channel doesn't get much traffic, if any at all, so you won't see many re-directs from my channel, but I wanted to add it just the same. I also added some of your performances to one of my featured playlists. I hope you don't mindAll the best, Marcy. I look forward to hearing more of your recordings!
+HungryEars - World Music You're really kind. I did record some songs with a great friendof mine. He's an incredible mandolinplayer, so I bet you'd really enjoy his music a lot. You can hear them here.https://soundcloud.com/stuche51/sets/saw-mountain-string-band/repostsI recorded a few other tracks with my husband who plays theclawhammer banjo. We have these on this channel...https://www.youtube.com/c/tincuprattlersI hope you enjoy some of it, and if you're a musician, I'dlove to hear some of the things you like playing.
