I think I saw part of what put her over the top when she and the runner-up were holding hands and waiting. She was looking at the other woman, measuring how this was all effecting her. The other was looking at the crowd, as if for external validation. I kind of like the idea that a woman who is being honored for her beauty would at least be sensitive to the feelings of those around her. She looks like someone I would enjoy knowing or working with.

+trevor lawrie  shame on u man that 72 virgins is nothing but a myth that some ppl associate to islam and her converting is something u will never understand the reasons behind as long as u are such a judgemental person , plus allah gave a great importance to women he told us that paradise is under ur mother's feet , that even if she do u wrong don't even yell at her and that he created man and women equally that we're all the same for him the only difference is the amount of faith and believing u cary in ur heart for him our prophet said once ur mother ur mother ur mother then ur father if u're mom isn't glad with u god won't be either , and god says that giving birth to kids is one of the hardest things that's why when a woman gives birth to a child she gets sin free just like a new born baby and if she dies while doing it she would enter the greatest of paradise and be concidered like a person that did a sacrifice for god
