Blackberry Q10 Keyboard Repair Replacement Disassembly and Reassembly Walkthrough Instructions
www.esourceparts.ca - Esource Parts will walk you through how to take apart you Blackbbery Q10. This will give you step by step free video directions on ...
Thank you guys SO MUCH for posting this! I just replaced my stock Q10
keyboard with a bilingual one. I was a bit nervous about doing this, but
decided to go forward. The only issue I ran into was that one of the
keyboard screws wouldn't come out - even with my magnifying glass I
couldn't tell whether it was stripped or just stuck. Since the keyboard
will pop out even with the screw still in, I decided to go forward. My new
keyboard is only being held in with a single screw, but it doesn't seem to
be an issue.
WOOHOO!! Now I can text in Russian! :)
Thanks for a really helpful guide to what is a rather fiddly procedure.
The key issue is to be careful and gentle with the dis-assembly. I was
able to replace my KB (overly sensitive 'W' key) in about one hour, and am
pleased to report the phone is working perfectly.
A very good video, could be better with the focus, perhaps showing some of
the stuff in closer detail with the camera. Also note that the screws
holding the top cover are fragile and it is easy to break them by applying
too much force. Thanks a lot!
thanks for your video
i have blackberry q10 but scree is black (not turn on ) touch and
notification indicate vibrate call answer everything work well but screen
not come so you have any solution for that
You totally just saved me a lot of fucking around. 25 bucks, 10 minutes and
a cramped hand from holing my tweezers and I'm back in action. I will post
a link to your site on my facebook page, Cheers.
Thanks for the video but again I got to phillips screwdriver part and got
stuck. I purchased a complete kit but was not able to unscrew the last two
screws and had to reassemble.
Any hints on what to do in case the philips screws inside (holding the
keyboard to the screen) get stripped? Bloody things wouldn't budge and now
I can't get them off.
