im serious, my heart goes out to you. it angers me that you had you deal with this, it makes me ill. yeah, after I turned 19 (19 is adult age in Nebraska, not 18) they just kinda went " yup, here you go. you're free. bye now...". my original cps worker left a while ago and I had no answers. I did get a very good worker in the end, though. so that helped. im there with you, and again, im very sorry. but im sure it made you stronger and wiser.  

i was put in cps when i was 12 im 19 now and me and my mom still dont have the reason i was taken. i was place in a foster home in lockhart, Tx where i dug trenches, built barns and sheds. if we didnt work we couldn't eat. me and a foster-brother would hide food just so we could eat. and if the food was discovered our bes were taken and we had to sleep on wood. finally a new cps caseworker listened and i was put in a good placement( a camp-like funded by a football player who also was in cps.) finally after years im home
