This is the story of my life. I've tried 20 diffrent medicines for OCD and other shit. I have a low metabolism towards medicine. So I went a year completely hopeless in able to function and in constant dread. Medical marijuana saved me. I take as medicine just like this kid. I've never been high. I vaporize a small dose of blue dream or Kali mist, or sometimes some catpiss. It makes me feel like me, and I regained interest in my passion of skateboarding. @marvin666777 If by your "eating your shoe" example you are comparing that to using synthetic drugs though I have to disagree there. Marijuana is certainly not "natural" for the human body either in that sense that our body is "supposed" to be able to make use of it. Atleast how the TNC works in our brains is by all accounts just a "happy accident", and not an evolutionary adaptation. In that sense its not very different from a synthetic drug - but again whatever works and dosn't do damage...

apparently, marijuana is good for many different conditions. marijuana is a plant, an herb, a healing substance. in other times and places, it was THE drug in the doctor's bag. since this country has an epidemic of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, mental problems, it's silly for such a helpful herb to be illegal. i don't think fire and lungs should go together, but as a flavoring agent or an essential oil, a little could be very beneficial. see "run from the cure" - a video here on youtube.

@thatwilllearnya Perhaps you should try reading my comment again, because either you clearly misread something or perhaps I did not word myself well enough for you. I just said I support legalizing mariuana, so I have no idea why you bash on me as if I had said the opposite. I just added the side note that I don't recommend going all the way in the other direction and totally abstaining from all synthetic drugs either. Use whatever is effective is my advice, be it natural or man made.

This is incredibly true, i am 15 almost 16 i have Ben talking marijuana to cure my depression. i have had this since i was about 11 when my mom and dad got a divorce and i was dramatized asked to pick to ea their live with my mom and dad. i was a whole different person i got kicked out of 2 schools and spent time in Juvenal institution... i due use this illegally i live in Ohio people pleas understand the true beauty. and this drug is the only thing that works. legalize it

@marvin666777 Umm.. im not entirely sure how anything I said is the same as the whole "eating your shoe" example you gave there. Just to clarify - I am not against artificial synthetic drugs. Nor am I against marijuana. the only thing I care about are the tangible effects (positive, negative and side-effects) that they produce in the short and long term, and that can be tested scientifically, and I think both synthetic and natural drugs can be healthy and good to use.

Guys the kid has ocd, some tough shit to live with, and has no friends, so unless you are friendless, have ocd and want to die, then its somthing you know about. But if your normal like me, with maby a few disorders, and have lots of friends and PLAY viedo games, and problay smoke weed just to get high, dont make fun of him. That use to be just like me. Shit. I was told I have ADHD and definitely have major OCD symptoms. I wish I could get medical marijuana. I have smoked it and it surely help my anxiety a whole lot. However I have not continued to smoke it at all. I think this plant and wheat grass are both very beneficial plants. read up on wheat grass. later on.

Let's hear again what this "pseudo-psychiatric" is telling us... we have been brainwashed by this substance! 100% so fucking true! I wish ppl against pot would get some knowledge. Remarkably non toxic, not going to harm them. You know how many health problems I personally have from taking retalin as a child. ppl against medical marijuana can go fuck themselves- and die from pills!

It's an herb not a drug. There are no chemicals, there are strands of it made with low THC and high CBD (low "high" causing portion, and high medical portion). It helps things along it doesn't force your body into anything like a drug does and there have been no recorded deaths caused by Marijuana alone. 

@TheStigma people do need drugs, diabetics need insulin. But like you said (and it's almost word for word from my chiropractors mouth) if you eat a shoe or a plastic pen cap your body is like WTF and has no idea how to break it down and process it to pass through your body. Makes sense to me, good post!
