Windows 10 Preview Available: //windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/preview I've actually changed my mind about downloading Windows 10 as I dont ...
I installed windows 8 on my desktop computer but didnt like it as it was
built for touch screen just like all the nokia lumia's with windows 8 in it
obviusly touch screen with it been a mobile phone. so I uninstall windows
8 in the desktop computer and same as you went back to 7 as it was bug free
and worked 100 percent when ever you needed it as long as you know general
knowlage of virus and spyware lol anyway as i said above i felt it was
made for a touch screen laptop I went and bought a touch screen laptop just
to test that out nothing fancy just a basic Samsung Q1 Ultra and it was
fantasic on touch screen just like a big touch screen phone give me access
to the windows app store and so much more now it just a shame windows 8
didnt have a built in phone aka like skype and top it up away you go as
the Samsung Q1 Ultra accepts simcards so i was quite upset it didnt have
the mobile phone software built into it only the 3G software. so it was
good on touch screen over all just hopefully 10 has a phone in it would be
prerry neat to see all they got to do is convery skype somehow as
microsoft own skype when they bought it and closed MSN down
I'm still sticking with Windows 7 on my PC and may wait a while before ever
upgrading to Windows 10. Unlike my MacBook which is really my main work OS
which I always want the latest on (running Yosemite beta), I am cautious
with Windows updates since application compatibility (I don't really use
3rd party Mac apps) can be buggy, and I won't want to mess around too much
with the software on my PC's hard disk that I use to digitally store
practically all of my media files and archives (I don't fully trust the
cloud; use it, but don't fully rely on it).
Windows 10 is like a nice blend of Windows 7 & 8, however the initial build
they released is rather buggy. I'm testing it in a virtual machine and it
freezes like every 5 minutes. Could be the vmware software I'm using or
Windows because vmware isn't optimized for Windows 10.
Don't worry Rachel I also get Windows 7 and 8 mixed up. I prefer 7 to 8,
but my favourite operating system is XP. If I could run a PC with XP I
would, sadly most of the recent software/hardware doesn't seem to like it.
I wonder why Microsoft have skipped Windows 9.
God windows sucks Mac is so much better MacBook Pro blows away anything the
PC has plus Mac never has any viruses ever I'd never used a PC since Dell
but you couldn't pay me to use any windows PC 95% of them are junk nothing
beats a Mac
