This is the snapple commercial where the guy is in the bubble wrap world. The song is named "Cat's Meow" and the band is The Bad Elliots.

So uh, I sent an inquiry to Snapple and got a response back this afternoon... They basically said, "ever wonder where we get the awesome songs for our commercials? Sometimes we use popular songs from popular bands, other times we record them in our studio specifically for our commercials!" and honestly that was it. They are vague and evasive and I don't like it! I am seriously dying to know this song... Lemme know if you get any luck :)

HarrythePotter16, those are my three favorite bands (Franz Ferdinand, Interpol, and Modest Mouse) so it's a wonder I loved this song the first time I heard it!! I was thinking the guitar sounded like Franz Ferdinand and the voice was Interpol-esque. The part at 00:22 when the new instrument comes in (the mellotron, idk?) was like Float On by Modest Mouse.

yeah it's definitely the product of crossing franz ferdinand type lyrics, interpol style melody and voice, and modest mouse type beat (a bit like Dashboard). I can't believe Snapple hasn't disclosed the band and song on their website. I mean it would just be another potential way of drawing customers to their product(s). GIVE IT TO ME NOW

I dont think the band name is will advise.....It sounds like someone emailed snapple and they responded"will advise". As in "will advise" you on the band name. Anyway, i dont know how someone can mistaken this for interpol or modest mouse. Maybe a little bit like franz ferdinand but nothing like modest mouse or interpol!!

kudos to Lane! well then if we know the name of the band and know it was just recorded for the commercial then it will probably be like the army of two commercial where the song will be full on there next new album so all we got to do is wait until then

Finally. 3 weeks later, I can now close the book on this. Cheers to Snapple. I promise to buy at least one bottle of this stuff and support. This song is solid. Ill probably be sick of it in a week, but i think the search was well worth it.

uhm, well im assuming that "Will Advise" is going to be just like Major Maker, they made a song just for a Maynard's commercial and people demanded that they released a full length and so they did. Now they're pretty popular.

My friend told me it was specially written for the commercial (only as a small part, not a whole song). I don't know whether or not that's true. Either way, it's lame...I really wanted that song.

I was totally fooled with the song. I could of swore it was some new song from Interpol that I haven't heard. :p This is an interesting commercial- very appealing. :p

Hiya! I may (or may not?) have the same clip system but I'm unable to get mine undone. Does this look like the same clip type to you? puu.sh/jYkVi/e0df649ed8.jpg if so, how do you get them off? You said pry them off but how exactly?

+Chris Beamond you can see the same clip type on my filter here...they clip once onto the filter itself and againinto the line unions on each side.To remove them you can get proper pliers, but I uses a fine screw driver gently and also pressure on the barb..usually one side comes off first then the other..patience and alot of rags to spare!..good luck!

Hey buddy. You commented on one of my Astra videos a while back and thought I would check out your channel. Do you still have your car? Nice video about the cabin filter, I used your video to take mine out. Had not been changed for 4 years, always forget the cabin filter, really black! The only problem I had was the wrong filter was delivered, have left it off for the mean time as not using the car. Already noticed my windows have cleared up and have no condensation build up with it out though :). Will be happy when new filter arrives. Keep up the videos. Would be interested in seeing break pipe replacement or hand break cables if you ever do them in the future, as I don't have a Scooby doo what I am doing lol. Last garage did such a crap job of my hand break I have been put off now and try to do as much as I can myself, if I think I am capable. Thanks again.

Hi mate, The common thing people do is just tighten the cable..this is wrong..the breaks should be serviced and brought into balance till just rubbing ( if drums) by using the adjusters inside on the shoes or the cable, then a couple of turns on the nut at the handle end to finish off until you get 5 clicks..i did do a video on this but swore so much i never published it...hahaha...as for your filter...you likely had a Beru filter..slightly different size if yours is a Delphi unit ( or v-versa) thanks for comments!

Great video, really detailed and well done! I was never aware of that little bleed valve for the fuel system, I've spent my life so far ripping fuel filters out and closing my eyes! Safety first!

+Luke Nope Remove all the fuel fuses (or at least, the fuel pump) and crank the engine a bit. That will remove almost all of the pressure from the system.
