This quick-thinking act by this officer saved this idiot's life. He had already fired one round and chambered another, also pedestrians at close range. Obviously did not care about his own life, so what makes you think he cared about anybody else's? His POS attorney, this fat disgusting slob thinks she's going to cash in somehow. Notice how the officer uses the left corner of his bumper he didn't intentionally straight,run him over.
