Looks like most of you (including Foamy) are missing the point here... The problem is not outsourcing. The problem is that most major companies think that Customer Support is an expense, and because of that, they try to reduce costs to keep the service within minimum compliance parameters by hiring cheap labor that are not prepared for these job positions. "If you pay for peanuts, you'll get monkeys". 

...Hate it when people make a huge deal about tech support and the accents you sometimes get....Or any accents really....XP Not their fault it's hard as SHIT to learn a second language, hell, I would know...And they ARE way more polite then the people we have here. By a long shot.

Love how they made a batch file that used "echo" to make it look like it was scanning for hackers. It's impossible to do that in a batch file. Also loved how they also used "tree" to make it look like they were "scanning".

The animation version is so hilarious. The depiction of the Indian face is spot on to the voice. The Indian dude really looks and sounds like a chimpanzee. More animations pleazzzzzze. One of these buggers called my mum. She put me on and when I told him to fuck off he got a bit miffed. I hung up and he called back to insult me some more. LOL

who is he calling? because the title says tech support but why harass them? i dont understand.

I used to think this was really funny but I find it quite cruel now. These people don't necessarily want to do this, they're basically forced to in order to have money to feed their families, working in shanty towns in places like India, being used as nothing short of slave labour for major companies who don't want to pay out large amounts of money so go to developing countries. I've got to admit, while writing the first call ended and I was pissing myself laughing, but I felt guilty nonetheless. Just think what its like to be some of these people who live in shit conditions, have no chance of making a life for themselves (especially in India where the Caste system makes these people basically sub-human resources), working all day on phone lines and when on these phones get abuse hurled at them constantly. Now you aren't THAT bad, people say a lot worse but I still can't help but feel sorry for these people. But hey, who am I to turn this comedy video into an ethical dilemma. If we get a couple laughs comfy in our home, who cares, right?
