tmc359, that donut known as a FCR(Fire Control Radar) is not a requirement
to fly the aircraft. They are installed as needed. I was actually in this
unit before getting out of the Army. Out of 24 aircraft, maybe 9 actually
had them installed.

thats so nice of him to do a free concert! i actually just saw pitbull at
an outdoor concert on may 6! he was awesome, we had great weather, but it
was 3 in the afternoon, the heat was unbearable! the concert was 1 hr north
of miami.
