GT has the better physics engine and more realistic track activity (pit
strategies etc), though Forza's quickly closing the gap. It's not just the
graphics, it's the overall presentation that makes Forza 5 better. The
sounds in Forza are far better than GT could ever hope. For example, the
KTM X-bow in GT6 sounds like a dumb vacuum cleaner and other car engines
sound horribly artificial while the engine sounds in Forza sound real.
Forza 5 would've been my only reason for getting an Xbone.
The difference can't be that high for human eyes for this gen (360/PS3 to
One/PS4) than the previous (N64/PS1 to Xbox/GC). Even with 10 time more
polygons, the difference in this generation is not as easy to notice than
the older gen. But retards can't understand that.
yes that's because the consoles are new, when the 360 was new the game did
not look very good so its going to be the same for the new games on xbo and
ps4. The devs always push the limits of the consoles, memory wise and
graphically towards the end of a consoles life.

Alan, do you have the AI set to 100% like usual? Personally, I don't think
you should be able to keep up with 100%. I think the whole point of having
AI that scales from 0-100% should be that at 0%, everyone can beat it, but
at 100%, no one can beat it that way even those alien sim racers will
always have a challenge with the AI instead of just blowing past them like
they do racing people like me online. Having 0-100% AI should be so that
everyone can have a challenging race no matter how quick they are.
The shame is in both of the go karts, 100% AI isn't nearly fast enough
while on a lot of road cars, 100% is impossible to beat which is why it
seems like certain cars are imbalanced. I'd say the KTM is on point while
the Karts are the ones that need adjustments to the AI
I think 100% should be unbeatable or maybe they should increase it to 120%
and those AI would be unbeatable. Eitherway, I think the AI should scale
from captain slow, all the way to Ayrton Senna alien fast.

I'm constantly adjusting the AI depending on the car I drive as wellI hear what you're saying about it being fair, I just think that the toughest AI should be so fast that even the Alien sim racers like Greger Huttu and ImmortalPilot from Team Redline will be able to race with them.You know it's funny, I used to race in a league with Immortal Pilot, and what you're saying about this AI in Pcars, is exactly how I felt when he would fly past me as if I wasn't even moving and it's people like Immortal and Greger that are why I think the AI should be that insanely fast when you put it up to the maximum level so everyone, even the aliens can have a challenge.This is why I like the 0-100% system very much. It's important to have scalability in AI speed for people of all skill levels. Just wish it was more consistent from car to car that's all so I won't have to constantly fiddle with it each time I use a different car.
Generally I mix the AI between 90 and 100, you need to find a balance. Though a challenge should always feel fair, not like the other cars are cheating, or behaving as if with different levels of grip.
Pgr4 ruined it for me.. Only because they started adding motor cycles and changing the format.. But I would totally be up for another project gothem.. Specially a sim version.. The game had great Physics for an arcade game..
