I have a 500bhp Esprit,witch works very good. And modify a car like this,the car cant be better then the persons who do it.... It looks like the problem is on the car,but its not,its the people who try to do things they dont are competent to do.With the right mods they could have reached 200mph for a way lower price than they payd to not reach it.

Word has it the first gearbox was broken when 5th Gear let a sub editor out in it, then they used a selection of knobs loose on it and ignored advice from seasoned experts as to what to do. Cocks.
