Man, its so hard to draw circles that are even. How do you do it so easily?
Mine always come out lopsided and obviously that makes drawing a lot of
things really hard.
+LouSaydus "Ghost it in" by holding the pencil over the paper so it doesn't touch it, and making the circular motion as if you were drawing it a few times. Then put the pencil to paper after the fourth or fifth time, and the circle comes out MUCH nicer. It worked the first time I tried it. Also works for ovals.

Fuzhous helped further develop eastern Manhattan's Chinatown. When the
Fuzhou influx began, they were unable to relate to Manhattan's Chinatown;
was still mainly Cantonese dominated, so they settled in eastern Chinatown
that was still only partly Chinese with a mix of Hispanics/Jews; later it
became fully Chinese because of the Fuzhou immigrants. So now, there is the
old Cantonese Chinatown in the western half of Chinatown, and the new
Fuzhou Chinatown in eastern half of Manhattan's Chinatown.
