This was a bad day at the track it was about 86 out Density Altitude: 1726 feet Relative Density: 95.05 % my time was 13.4 @ 107 , no idea what the challenger ...
its great beating cars like that at the track. I love the excuses handed
out if they catch you while cooling down. Than if you do it again they just
bugger off, either leave or avoid running you again
That H.O. will still be running long after that hemi has died.
H.O.s have all the good parts such as forged crank/pistons etc, good luck
keeping the bottom end in that HEMI after about 80k miles.
+4.7 V8 HighOutput Ive had two 4.7Ls, a 5.9L and now own the 5.7L HEMI. All have given me ZERO issues. Both 4.7Ls made it past 200k with no mechanical failure what so ever. I dont get why people say they are unreliable. I beat the crap out of both of my 4.7Ls and they never faltered once. My HEMI has 93,000 on it so only time will tell, but ive seen many go past 200K also. Not a fan of the MDS though.
+Derek Millette U know nothing about the 4.7's. I have never heard of that, they drop valves If u don't take care of them and don't overheat them. Im a MOPAR fan so I can't talk about the HEMI.
Yea try researching it you inbred. They are known to plug oil valleys and restrict oil flow to the head. The Hemi is still going fine and making twice the power of yours so I'm more than happy with it thank you very much.
4.7 HO is the best motor mopars mad since the 340s of the late 60s.....Does your 6.1 have a forged crank ? Forged Pistons ?......Glad you're happy with that pos hemi. You should be with the price of them !
Are you special? 4.7 liters are fucking garbage pal. Coming from the mouth of a die hard mopar fan, with 154k hard miles on a 6.1 hemi. You know nothing.
