I understand there is a difference between 'plus size' and 'fat', and that people should look after their bodies. But here's the thing that bugs me. When there is an anorexic or bulimic, it is widely known to be a mental illness and people understand they need 'help'. They don't go 'ew! Look after your body, you self- centered twig'. Binge eating can ALSO be related to a mental illness, whether it be with depression, stress, emotional trauma etc. YES. Let's look after our bodies. But don't assume fat people are just lazy. If someone is mentally ill, it AFFECTS them. If you are considerate and patient with anorexics and bulimics, who not obese people? Look, but don't judge people. God bless :)
