Have you got the decat/exhaust system heatwrapped? This helps retain heat, and along with the Mine's ECU keeping fueling rich, it helps to ignite the fuel better making it bang :)

You do need to get the Exhaust gas temps quite high usually! Mine pops now and again at normal temps but as you can see in this video they were right up as you can imagine lol

It's cool, the CT9 has been ran for many years by various people with a BOV just fine Besides if it goes I'll just get a TD04 kit, which is my plan anyway :)

i have very simular mods to yours, apart from i have standard ECU and mine never ever pops or bangs :( mines at 0.8 bar but thats the only diffence :(

+turbominicooper2, it doesn't normally do it as much as that, but usually on gearchange and on overrun. I love it!

It was wrapped, but didnt make any diffence and some of it got caught on a bump so just took it off again :p
