yesterday, in Owen Sound ... detained since April 26th, Farmer George Hugh... with sureties available, BAIL was DENIED the Judge denied George Hugh's son Justin to speak (as he has been through this, and George is not familiar with the material that was being brought forward) ... at 3:30pm, the Judge says to the 63 year old Farmer George that if we can't get this Bail Hearing done by 5 pm, you will stay in Jail till your case on July 25th" more to come...

no offense as its just my opinion but if this elderly guy struck his wife then he deserves to stay in jail and be where he is. No man should strike a woman.
