it looks like you're using too much water there. you only want to cover the slits. the more water, the more drag. plus you will get bigger milks. not a bad bong, try to get a diffused downstem for your A/C and then get a 14.5 icepinched slide and you're set. peace man

Sorry I'm just now seeing this...It wasn't that expensive, but I have to say after putting it to use, I don't care for the bong at all.  The design is flawed-the least of which is if you put any ice in it, when it melts it overflows. I might check out the site you mentioned and see about getting a new one :)
