If you are a democrate you should recognize human rights over international law. Settlers are also humans and they legaly (under their authority) bought the land and many of them were also born there. You cannot blaim a man for being born somewhere and as much as I hate settlers I will understand their terror when people will forcibly kick them out of their homes just like most Arabs understand terror from Arabs (not that I support both).Because the Palestinians are blood thirsty racists we have this problem by the way, becuaue the settlers can stay in their homes under Palestinian sovereignty.Also the Geneva initiative doesn't prevent an Israel-Hamas war within less then 10 years, when Hamas will be elected and rockets will be shot from refugee camps in Jenin and Nablus on Haifa and Tel Aviv.The settlement blocs were built in order to secure the hill regions the blocs of Ariel and Kdumin must be in Israel sovereignty, Israel cannot destroy cities. Also Har Homa must stay as part of Israel, there is not a single reason to destroy more homes of people who live less then a mile away from the armistice line.Also I dought that any Israeli leader will ever give the Palestinians more land in Gaza after the tunnles Hamas built which were already used to kill.A combination of the Genevia initiative with the Olmert plan can easly give a map, that offers the Palestinians 1% less and peace will be restored.About the refugees?
