So I rave on about all of the awesome things that can happen as a result of Lucid Dreaming. However I never talk about any negative effects of LD until now.
+SilentSense1 xD Because i used to play minecraft like a year ago or so and people would always put a block of lava just right next to my house and the whole shit would burn down
Idk anything about sleep or lucid dream or nightmares but there was one
dream I had (warning this explaination may not make sence those of you who
dont like that oh well thats just me 0-0 anyway...)I had a dream where
there was for some reason.....sword fighting or something to do with
stabbing and knives what im spooked about is when somebody were to stab my
id have a shock run down my body......what kind of sleep is that...
(I probably sound stupid to ppl who know a lot about this but oh well you
learn from others right? XD)
If you want to learn how to have a WILD lucid dream (aka a 'Wake Induced Lucid Dream') then this video is for you. I'm going to show you my simple but effective ...
whenever I can succesfully induce sleep paralysis, I can't go into the
dream. I stay calm, I keep in mind I'm going into a dream, and I don't get
scared by the paralysis, but it always ends before I go into a dream. I
know it's not false awakenings because I do a massive amount of reality
checks to be 1,000% sure I'm not in a dream. Can anyone help?
+TheRubbaRazza glad to see someone like my situation i just cant get into the lucid dream after i pass sleep paralysis i wait but nothing happens been twice since this happens lol .
+Tyler Odonnell Thanks I'll try that. I thought I'm supposed to not attempt to move because I can snap myself out of sleep paralysis. I always just lay there and wait for a dream to start. I'll definitely try that next time.
+Tyler Odonnell let me word that better. don't try and get up and move your can't because your paralyzed. but imagine your "dream body" rolling or crawling out of your body
WHAT THE F**K did you do to me i was seeing moving things and i COULD NOT
MOVE thats the first time i cried in years WTF i cant even remember if i
was asleep or not Screw you i could have died of a hear attack your not
cool dude
+Zackariah Gill Like I've said, I've had this for years. It's completely fine, all I know is that those things ain't real anyways. So I simply ignore them and just relax
how can i when am busy trying to move. Do you know how it feels to not be able to move your body and there are smoky looking shadows a few inches away from your face
+darkh3lmet82 sounds like you're on the right track! Be persistent with those reality checks, and also try repeating some affirmations to yourself before bed - "Tonight, I WILL lucid dream", "Tonight I WILL become lucid" etc.
+Brainwave Hub ● HQ Binaural Beats & Isochronic Tones for Self Growth & Mind Expansion Ah, thanks. I got it now. Hoping this works tonight. Been trying for a couple of weeks now to have a lucid dream and so far, only once did i come close. I was having a somewhat bad dream and then thought to myself, "this isn't something I would normally do...wonder if it's a dream". So i tried pushing my fingers through my other hand and they went right through. I literally fell back against the wall in shock in my dream and got pretty excited and freaked out at the same time. Then immediately went back to dreaming the same dream as normal. At one point i remembered that it was supposed to be a dream and tried the reality check again, only it didn't work so i continued dreaming normally thinking it was reality. Eventually I remembered yet again that it was all supposed to be a dream and at that point, i at least had enough control over it that I was able to instantly wake up once i decided I'd had enough of that dream. Oh well, getting closer, i hope.
+darkh3lmet82 hey darkh3lmet82, I suggest downloading from your computer, and importing the file to your phone from there. Hit me up via email if you need assistance.
Hi @binuaralBeatHub
I sometime get scared in my dream and sometimes I sleep walk.
I keep having dreams about big spiders crawling down the ceiling to reach
on my bed.
I wNt to control my dream but I can't.
Once I did to have the dream I want again for 2 days but now I can't sleep
help me
Spiders... They mean something in dreams, but I can't remember what exactly. I watched Danger Doland's video on 15 common nightmares and their meanings. He explains what some occurrences in dreams mean. You might have to change something within your real life.
+Diego Longwood Thanks for reporting your experience, and more importantly, persisting with the audio. A lot of people get impatient and leave a negative rating after they fail first try.
+Diego Longwood Tried this again last night & was successful! I had an amazing dream that I was able to control! It really hit around an hour mark when I heard in my dream "You are now dreaming" & I was able to control the events from there. Thank you for this helpful audio!
+Diego Longwood This put me right to sleep last night, I don't really remember all of my dream, but I'll try it again tonight & see if I can retain more detail.
I began to lucid dream I got too excited. I started to move before my
physical body got paralysed for my dream and that woke me up.I lost my
golden chance tho:(
+Glamtage remember this, try dream something peaceful before doing anything plus it takes awhile to handle it so dont worry, another tip make a dream diary or else you might get no where you have to understand the patterns of your dreams :3
never dreamed lucid, but what is it when you almost feel nothing of your
body but your head? i had this really often before going to sleep. I could
almost train to feel nothing of my body like the parts just went away. Have
a great week
When we start to focus on our dream world ...write our dreams down in a
journal. Interpreting them, starting to understand the dynamics and symbol
world brings us closer to our dreams and the great potential that lies in
them.
Lucid dreaming can be great fun.. I had a tip that i should sit down and
meditate on a profound question ... I got to the point where I remembered
that I should sit ..and I was to lazy ..just wanted to fly around and enjoy
myself ..
Imho lucid dreaming is ( can be )a great adventure ..and the real "good"
things can be solved through "real" deep dreams..
You wan't a fast proff that it exist?Ok, when you go to bed at night and you are ready to sleep lay on your back (Try to skip the headphones) get in a comfortable position on your back keep your eyes close and stay still for as long as it takes, if something is itching IGNORE it.Don't move a mucle just relax and stay still, you will get an urge to turn to the sides but again ignore it.What this does is fooling your brain and making it think that you are asleep, of course if YOU fall asleep you will not see the results or what I want you to see.You will begin to see obejects or sometimes you will see your room a little distorted while your eyes are closed, it will varybut you'll see.try not to think about anything keep your mind clear and your conscious awake. it might take an hour or hour and a half you'll get there. Peace.
I use to lucid naturally when I was a kid, I did undergo sleep paralysis more than twice as a kid but perhaps everybody's experience is deferent as some people say to see shadows or monster like creatures when on paralysis, I never so those things but I did see a lot of strange things in the ceiling, nothing scary just bizarre objects and no I couldn't move. After trying to get into ram (because as I grew I lost the ability to control my dreams or even realize I was dreaming) I had a Lucid dream and at first I didn't know I was dreaming until I realize I was.It was very short but it was 100 times better than having nonsense dreams. Its like an escape I'll say but it is worth the try. you will get a few lucid dreams when you start trying. its a great experience. Try it on, mate
Stuck in a Lucid Dream
I had no idea how popular this video would get. I hope that you enjoy the story of my fight with the man in the Karate suit. Don't forget to check out the links below ...
I had an experience where that I didn't really like, not a nightmare, but
something like a bad movie. I new it was a dream, and I knew I was tired, I
wanted to wake up, but couldn't, and every time I did manage to wake up, it
would turn out to be a false wake. Could this have been an lucid dream?
I had a lucid dream and I decided that I would force myself to a pretty
lady but she screamed for help and a crowd of angry women pinned me to the
ground and punched and stomped me in the balls. The pain was so real I woke
up screaming with tears streaming from my eyes. Not cool.

How to Prolong a Lucid Dream
In this video I talk about how to prolong a lucid dream. It can be difficult to not immediately wake up after you become lucid, and it is something that many people ...
Thank you very much, it helped me a lot to understand how to prolong my
lucid dreams even more! in my last lucid dream I tried to collect lucidity
by standing in the same place trying to use the yelling "Clarity" technique
(unfortunately I forgot to rubbing my hands together, which works for me
very well too) so I woke up eventually but next times I'll try to walk
around while trying those methods :) Thanks again, have a great weekend :)
today i tried looking at my dream body it looked almost like my real body
but with weird clothes :p it prolonged my dream for about 5 minutes and i
was able to fly so high then discovered new places buildings and guess what
it was so incredibly real! i mean the colors, the definition and the feel of
touching things i wish i can record a video inside the dream to show you
:/
That's awesome, sounds like it was incredible. Thanks for sharing your experience. I often wish I could record video of my dreams too :(

I used to be afraid of the dark because when I was little, I watched this
show on Animal Planet I think called Lost Tapes. I would always think that
there were evil alien monsters that looked like those head jumpers from
black ops zombies in the shadows. Then I had a lucid dream by accident and
I was chasing one and I climbed a shelf and then I broke it and the
creature fell and when it got up, it was the little kid at my school named
Malcolm and so my little kid selve's mind was like "oh okay it's just
Malcolm" and so I was not afraid of the dark any longer.
Hey Giz, I think I might have had my first semi-lucid experience. I was
dreaming that I was at a mate's house party, and I walked down to tesco to
get some beers. I then realized that I must be dreaming because it was the
second dream where there was no alcohol in the shop. I then woke up once I
had had this revelation. Was this actually a lucid dream and any tips to
enhance the length that it lasts?
+Rickey Hicks Cheers dude, I had similar experiences last night also. I guess the novelty of the experience is what is so exciting. And yeah I'm gonna keep trying to get them longer.
Yes that was a lucid dream. Some people would call your experience "layer one lucidity." (or some variation of that phrase) Layer one experiences are characterized by realizing that you are dreaming, but then waking up or losing lucidity within seconds of the realization. The main remedies to ensure that the experience will last longer in the future are to make sure that you are calm after you realize that you are dreaming (because excitement has a tendency to force beginners to wake up), but also just to practice more. The more lucid dreams you have the easier it will be to maintain lucidity longer. You can also experiment with different techniques. Certain techniques can be "skewed" towards having longer lucid dreams. But congrats! Lucid dreams are awesome!
URGENT HELP
Giz I have some really strange lucid dreaming experiences and I don't know
why it's really weird it might be a new type of lucid dream idk I've been
trying to contact u for months but u never reply
+CrazsomeLizard yea but you go into higher lucid levels if you interact with your own dreamworld. you can even ask your subconsious to be more consious
+Skinkie22 but the definition of a lucid dream is that u know you're dreaming.... so it'd still be at least layer 0. That's why I just want giz to answer
+Emran Tamimi Umm well basically I've had two lucid dreams in which I realized I was dreaming, then had full control over the dream and did stuff. But I wasn't concious, so it seemed like a normal dream when I woke up. I didn't control anything I did in the dreams conciouslly, if that makes sense but I still had full "control". Also the other nite I had a lucid dream when I realized I was dreaming, and a similar thing happened, altho I had no control, I was aware but it was still foggy and dream like. But in that dream I tried to make it a concious lucid dream, altho I couldnt. It's all weird to me
