+Krystal Greening look I'm no expert , but if you ask me. the process of letting go is as simple as it sounds."JUST LET GO" by forgiving, the whole situation that bothers you. That is the only way you can do it.You have to make yourself realize that, your value is way greater than that particular incident, or person, and holding a grudge against that particular person or moment brings you down, to it's level where you don't belong. And trust me that is what bothers you even more. What ever the scenario may be you can always be the grater person, believe it or not the forgiving one is always the one on top. There's a saying I believe you have heard many times before today, well it goes like this."FORGIVE,FORGET AND MOVE ON"
venting is healthy just remember to let it go. Hate does hurt everyone
around you but it will consume you as well just remember learn from it and
move on..

Yeah why would you ever break you stuff over a game I've spent 100s on games and I've had bad moments in them but I would nave through a tantrum like that
i have a bad temper myself sometimes but i don't wreck my stuffs when i get angry (i worked hard so i can buy those consoles), i just go outside shout or punch a tree but i don't advise punching a tree when there is an angrier squirrel up on it cause they bite really hard.
+aldrin cydriex luna The way I deal with frustration during a game is EXTREME disturbing silence. I am completely quite when some one really pisses me off in a game which makes it all the more apparent when I start actually focusing and get serious.
Check out my video on 'chucking' (how to chuck a ukulele) - that should help!
