Today, a Halo 4 Terminal video was released by 343 Industries. Don't worry there are no spoilers in my video but there may be small ones in the full thing.

I still don't really understand why they have done this, so basically if you are a you tube partner but are not with something like machinima or TGN, you will get into trouble? In my opinion i think that it is pretty stupid, it isn't harming anyone. I understand that 343/Microsoft are not getting money from this but i think we should still be allowed to do it. Anyway, love your videos Ducain, i just don't really get what they are trying to accomplish.

Everyone! Please take note of how serious this new Game Content Usage rule is! This means that you cannot put 'Halo' in the title. You cannot post any artwork, fan fiction, fan video on any website that you can profit from. Directly OR indirectly. Youtubers who have a YouTube partnership but aren't with a group that has the rights, will be forced to stop making Halo related videos! Microsoft is killing our beloved franchise!!

Hey Ducain just wanted to ask how do you know that youtube partnership networks have the license and can get revenue off their halo videos? It does say that if you're a youtube partner you cannot get money off ads, etc. This is something a lot of us over at RPM/Social Blade are chatting about and I wanted to talk with you and/or maybe your sources to see if we are safe and can still make revenue off our videos.

The game content usage rules says that you are not allowed to use the title of the game in the video title. If they enforce this than people won't be able to get their feet off the ground. You look up Halo Reach Forge Maps and you would only see videos by partnered channels because all other videos couldn't use the word "Halo" in it. I doubt they'll enforce this, but it still is rather concerning.

Apparently you didn't read the Content Rules... so yes calm down... if you do not get paid on your videos then you are perfectly fine (do nothing different)!! The Game Usage Content Rules was only referring to people that get paid for their videos....and if you do get paid... make sure you are partnered with people like Machinima, TGN, TGS, and other people like that

So its only a matter of making money off of the video that can get you in trouble. So posting it with the usual "i do not own rights etc. this video was created from the microsoft game... blah blah blah. Is still acceptable? Cause if not theres gonna be a lot of videos banned.

ducain is partnered with Machinima? How come people that already have a big following and are already partnered with someone can make money, but someone starting out can't make any profit through putting ads in their videos. That's whack!

Is this terminal in Halo 4 or exclusively on Waypoint? I would like to know if I should wait for Halo 4 to come out and hunt for the terminal myself, or just go on waypoint. Any help would be appreciated!

The rules on xbox.com say that the content may not have the game title in its own title. How does that work? can people still post vids titled "Halo # blah blah this that" or is that outlawed?

ducain23 the terminal has alot to do with the book halo Glasslands and Thursday war. everyone should do a little summary on the books so they understand the terminals better :)

L'unica cosa che mi spiace è che, senza il traino di Sanremo, era praticamente scomparsa dalla classifica iTunes... le radio a cosa servono allora? Sia "No hero" di Elisa, sia "Simili" di Laura Pausini hanno avuto un incremento di vendite e visualizzazioni YouTube solo dopo le loro apparizioni al Festival... e stiamo ancora a discutere se il Festival serve o meno? Con le radio che trasmettono sempre le solite 4 canzoni, decisamente sì... il Festival serve e aiuta le vendite della musica made in Italy.
