how many times have I heard the FFAA or the goverment should stay out of our lives, but everyone seems to love the FFAA giving loan guarantees

+Aero-News Network fair enough, I stand corrected, but is not the "outside firm" that will shell the money, is tax payers, in other words the dreaded goverment

Actually, the FAA is the entity holding up a Congressional program that will be administered by outside firm... the money is NOT coming from the FAA, but while they preach about the need for NextGen GA updates, they're holding up a critical tool needed to get the job done.
