Dude your iPhone was clearly on mute (so she legitimately couldn't hear
you), and you're calling in at 3AM. Seriously, why are you hating on RBC?
I've tried some of the other banks in Canada, and I think RBC's customer
service is the best of the bunch, except for maybe TD Canada Trust.
