You could try it - but as booksandwolves says it can burn. These cookies aren't very bitter (like raw dark chocolate would be) because of the sugar so you would probably like them even if you don't like dark chocolate!

this is my go-to brownie recipe, with a little else sugar in it. the tip with the dampened baking paper really makes a difference in my opinion

It depends what you have - you want them thick so not too big. About 20cm / 8 inches should work?

Nigella owned this! She handled herself with grace and class. The bimbos on the side were so rude, especially the dumb one in the leopard print who loves to hear herself speak. This kind of interview would never happen in England or in any country in Europe for that matter.
