A point they overlooked: if someone starts a family, it usually takes a man and a woman, and in that unity, they usually agree on who should be the primary breadwinner and make the money, and who should stay home and take care of the child, so waht she's doing, is basically just blaming women's personal choices on social structures not allowing women to do what they want, when in reality, it's that when a man and a women starts a family, there has to be one part who nurses the child and one who makes the money. And biologically speaking, men are wired to be the breadwinner and women are wired to be the caregiver, so isn't this an obvious solution to the question at hand? FYI, the "Concerned Citizen" who speaks for his father in the video is me, Shaun Coppola. For everyone's information, in the end Phil Nolan and his administration did lay off approx. 30-40 people one of which was my father. However, through the combined efforts of Councilman Steve Flotteron and Counilwoman Trish Bergin some of those who were laid off, including my father, were given positions on the administration of Mr. Flotteron and Mrs. Bergin. I can not thank them enough for their efforts!
