Hi enjoyed your video here on the remote,however still unable to get mine to perform,firstly i have two units in the house,the first one the remote would not work,but when i tried the 2nd remote on this unit it works fine? new batteries installed still no joy,power button does not work,on the remote screen it has the timer numbers flashing,000. Humidify light is on,fan is showing a. have tried to press the reset button,all buttons no joy? when i hold down the power button and the on button the screen shows all symbols a/c 44 temp 44 this stays on for a minute or so.
