Its cellphone video so its not the best quality but there was rotation and a forming funnel, just not defined as some would see. Im glad it was weak. It rolled right over I-95 at rush hour and many people were caught in it. Any stronger and there would of been lots of people who could of been hurt. Stay safe out there.

sorry, it did not even look like there was any Rotation in the video. Maybe the Rotation picked up after the video ended, sorry. At least it was a weak tornado thankfully and not a strong one. I was in a few tornadoes myself, luckily they were weak ones too, and was almost hit by one this past Wednesday also that had a lot of spotty rotation in about every city in a 50 mile circle before the rotation was organized enough to hit the city next to mine briefly. No one was killed thankfully, just 1 or 2 injuries I heard.

Hi Jeff. This was a confirmed tornado in Northern VA where we dont have sirens and such like they do in other parts of the country but we do get occasional tornados. Im sorry our tiny tornados arent as dramatic as yours. Thanks for your, rude, and totally unhelpful comment.
