I was thinking of doing an exchange with rotary...& I really want to go to Italy, how does it work was Italy your first choice or do you give them a few countries you'd like and they pick for you? I have a few questions hope you don't mind...how much did your exchange cost about? && while your in Italy where are you staying? & lastly while you are in Italy does rotary allow you guys to travel and visit other cities in Italy?

+Bailey Ross I think Rotary is great program but youhave to be quite flexible. Italy was my first choice but in the UK rotary youthexchange isn’t well known so getting my first choice was almost certain, Ithink I’m the only student… For my application I had to choose 3 countries andthey would try to get one of those. The cost was around €1400 for flights,insurance and deposit. If you’re coming from outside of Europe though flightswill be more expensive. I’m living in Padova and they are pretty flexible about us travelling within our district. There are a few trips where we meet upwith other districts aswell. Also travelling with hostfamilies or school is fine, some exchange students I know have been to other Europeancountries for trips. Hope this is helpful! :)

+Mia Black Hey! where are you going to stay in Italy? I use or my iPhone (6) or a Sony DSC, but i don't recommend that camera, before buying i tough the quality was going to be way better than actually is!
