Thank you for sharing your adventures, I'm also so glad your pup was safe. We have 3 Labra"dorks" our selves we go out with and wow we are scared when one goes out of sight.

Doesn't q bilge pump remove that water?

+lisarob5767 It does normally, but we have a very shallow sump so the water level has to get quite high before the bilge can pull the water out.

Loved the ending time-lapse. Did you come back for the camera later that night? Thought I saw your tender leave. Not scared of the camera being stolen? Did you ever find out what happened with that resort? That bed looked comfy..did you guys send the night (would not blame you :) )

+Douglas Montgomery You nailed it, we did leave the camera and that was the dinghy. Out where we do most of the time-lapses there are no other people or land access so we generally feel pretty safe. When in cities we try to get up to the rooftops :)

Holy crap, I've been there.....My daughter and I overnighted with our small dog (Yorkie) on board, we woke to gales and decided to head back in. Halfway there, I was like "Where's the dog"? Panic insued. Long story short she had found a small place to curl up in to take shelter in a locker. I had thought she had slipped overboard as I usually keep her in the cockpit or down below when underway. Longest 15 minutes of my life.
