note: diesel engines have more torque which means more grip. so it will pull away from the start line quicker than the equivlant petrol. but the petrol one will then be fater to 60mph. torque us also g-force as well so it feels quicker too. a turbo also produces more torque to HP ratio when added on. more torque also means that weight is pulled up hills easier, than an even more powerful petrol engine

@whichwasher2007 I know.. And I prefer torque rather than HP. I like cars that accelerate fast, but I'm not too interested in top speed and such.. Speeding is something which I almost never do ;)

On: Incredibila masina asta. Am vazut-o si la stiri pe Pro:) E in stadiul de prototip. Cica va costa in jur de 15.000 euro. Daca ar arata macar in proportie de 70 % ca acest concept ce va fi prezentat la Geneva in luna martie a acestui an ( 2009 ) merita luata cu sau fara programul rabla. Mult succes celor care doresc implementarea acestui model pe piata.

coaie mi-am luat un opel astra 1.9 120 cp da ma jur k acuma park ma doare un pik cand vad masina asta e mortala dabia astept sa o vad live frate e crima bine k stim cu totii k in salon arata da iti pica fata asa cum a aratat si mcv-ul si toate de la dacia da cand ajunge in magazin la noi e pisat.......acuma vedem sper sa fie altfel de data asta

Dacia face progrese, acum ABS-ul e in pachetul de baza la Sandero, cel putin e o promotie acum... ma indoiesc ca o sa se construiasca la dacia asa ceva... stai sa vedem daca nu inchide Renault fabrica , de cand cu criza economica...

Great concept, looks great, it was designed by the Bucharest Design Facility and it will be produced at Pitesti, when the Titu testing and development facility will be finished all Dacia cars will be 100% romanian, great!!!

Reprezentantii Dacia de la Geneva 2009 spun ca aceasta masina v-a fi ieftina vro 15 mii de euro presupun :D Oricum este ceva frumos :D (Stiind ca este romanesc macar 60%)
