Whats truly sad is your comparison of an economy car (not made for power
and speed) vs an EVO (strictly built to race). I think the gas mileage and
power to weight ratio is pretty efficient. I totally agree pimping out an
Echo is a waste of money...on the other hand since this car has a lack of
power, a few sleeper mods wouldnt hurt. I have 140K on my echo havent put a
major expense into it. The Evo is expensive to maintain and would easily
need a rebuild after this many miles.

makes me wish i had a manual. I have a 2001 automatic and if im going up
hill the car wont accelerate at all. anybody else have this problem or know
the fix?

the sad thing is that anyone pimps out echos and cavy's. I mean the Echo
would have needed triple the HP to hang with my Evo lol.

1.5L i think. it was a Daily driver as my Evo is my weekend car. But we
traded the echo for a 01 GT eclipse spyder for a DD now
