+TRELL5044 It was an XF Buisness class 2012. Audio was in as standard. The Video plays dvd and memory stick, sadly the new XE has no video playback ability at all, apparently they had not been able to integrate it with the navigation system

Just bought a 2009 pre facelift model.  I like both faces old and new, but just have a soft spot for the first XF with the bubble eyes.  It reminds me of a cat with wild eyes

i have a 2012 facelift model, will be changing later into the year its a  3 liter twin turbo diesel only 1800 miles on clock from new ,they are a fantastic motor ,services are a little expensive .

Only other issue is occasional fault message "start stop Failure"-  this clears on turn and turn off-  note this is a displayed message-  the start stop will not always happen dependent on a lot of factors- temperature etc but under these conditions the message referring to a fault will not appear.

Yes-  When it works it will happily play ordinary dvds and when the fault condition described occurs it does not even try and read the disk - giving disk error before it could have read it.
