I agree. The actress who played Amy wasn't the best at acting, at least at
first, and the writers wrote Amy a bit too unkind for my taste. I thought
she improved over time, but I still think Clara is better. Rory was great,
though. And I love Donna.
Nah, I prefer Amy and Rory. Clara doesn't seem to have much to her yet,
just a stock companion with an interesting back story. Donna is easily the
best for me though.
I just finished watching it, I loved how they all reacted! XD

Super review Barry as always. The pomposity of Strax is funny but Bob
Holmes' creations are a million miles away from this representation of
them. Rachael Stirling is a great actress & brilliant here. This story was
a little bit hit & miss for me, Blink's title of best ever Doctor-Lite
story is still intact, Take care mate, John
Great review Barry. For me this was one of the best of the series; along
with Cold War and Hide. The humor was really natural and it really reminded
me of the Davis era with Eccleston and Tennant. Yes for a spin off!!! Agree
about the villain not being all that strong but I think the performances
made up for that.
I hated the Crimson Horror. Possibly my least favorite ever. It wasn't
funny wasn't interesting and lots of it didn't even make sense. Strax Jenny
and Vastra are the stupidest characters I have ever seen and i do not
understand how anyone could find Strax funny.
4 out of 5??? I have to disagree B. I hated this episode. Mr. Sweet was by
far the worst storyline and character that I have ever seen in the news
series of Doctor Who. Definitely the worst of the season. Maybe I just
don't like Mark Gatiss.

Torchwood is in limbo which means it could return next year or in five
years but it could also be finished for good. The majority of characters
are dead and the only one from Miracle Day is Rex and people don't really
like him. If they bring it back it needs to return to Cardiff in a new hub
with some new characters.
Pretty sure Torchwood's only on hiatus. But yeah, a Strax/Jenny/Vastra show
would be awesome. Strax is probably my favorite Who character so far from
Eleven's run.
The Doctor and Clara visits Victorian Yorkshire to see the unveiling of Sweetville. The Doctor and Clara gets help from Jenny, Vastra and Strax to help kill Mrs ...
