The doctor who cloned me dlc Videos

I saw that the dlc added an expanded inventory. Can you use that in the original campaign too? One of the big complaints about DNF (other than dated graphics) was the small inventory that went counter to the unlimited inventory Duke used to have.

I remember in January 2012 I picked up duke nukem forever, dead space 2, call of duty modern warfare 3, crysis 2, halo reach, portal 2 and gears of war 3, and this (along with portal 2) was the only one that was decent.

It looks like pretty much what DNF should have been from begining. Get rid of Quick time sequences, rest of weapon limits and the regenerating health in next DLC gearbox.

Guys I have this DLC, but the achievement places have not been unlocked in my steam list . Why is it so ??????? please help.....greetings :)

+owertire1 No, really not. The problem is that the game is a mediocre mess where 2 companies with different ideas fucked it up. DNF wants to be just like Duke Nukem 3D with fast paced gameplay but then came Gearbox and puked their typical flaws (limited amount of weapons, limited amount of ammo, uncreativity) over it while also integrating typical noob features like self-regenerating health instead of  medipacks. Gearbox is a shitty company, that should be known by now, especially after the Aliens: Colonial Marines disaster and basically the same flaws can be found in DNF mixed with another flaw of Gearbox: They try so hard to be funny and they fail all the time, see Boringlands for another great example of their desperate attempts at humour. The level design was also very uncreative and the Hive level might be one of the worst designed levels in gaming history, there's nothing fun about rolling near uncontrollable balls through a very dark level.

There are three points that light up (in red) on both pinball games. When all three are lit, you get a score multiplier. On Sexy Scientits, they are on the upper right corner, upper left corner and on the 'necklace'. When all three are lit, you get a score multiplier. I found it a lot easier to get 1,000,000 points on this one than on Balls of Steel.

@jsh020 I agree. I managed to complete it within 5 minutes (yes, after failing a couple times). The bell on top of those pinball squares give a TON of points. I had a 4X multiplier, and it gave me nearly 100,000 points every time I hit that. Combine that with the large amount of points the pinball squares gave and it was surprisingly easy.

i swear that pinball achievment was easy as shit, i wasnt even attempting it i was just going for the ego boost but i saw how easy it was to get points and got to about a million in like 3 minutes flat its no where near as bad as the one in the main game was

@SuperBowserRPG Not as good as the first, but if you truly think this is THE worst game ever, then you're an idiot. I only rented this though. Beat it in a day, then returned it. But, it's still better than some of the shit games I've played.

I don't understand why pinball is even in the game. It's almost (if not entirely) impossible to get the damn pinball achievements without exploiting the game.

I kept expecting Duke to find himself in that cliche situation where he and a clone are standing next to each other, and one of Duke's friends has a gun pointed at each of them, trying to find out which one is the REAL Duke by asking a question only HE would know. Duke and the clone would each say "I have balls of steel", but the robot would say it "I have balls, balls, balls, of steel" whereas Duke would say it correctly, and win.

@journeytosilius Nah, many of stuff You see in this DLC was made by 3D realms and only finished by gearbox - if You watch old DNF trailers You will see it. On different stages of DNF development there was Area51, doctor Proton, terminator look like enemy and country side hotel. Still this DLC is better than original game.

Well actually i think the franchise should end after this and go for a reboot, that's exactly what they will be doing. They are currently developing a game called 'Duke Begins'. I believe this is a prequel to Duke Nukum, the first Duke Nukem game. And no i did not misspell it, it's the actual name of the game.

@GzegzolkaDA Incorrect. 3DRealms had concepts and some half finished levels which is why they were cut. Tryptich remade the levels from scratch based on the designs of the unfinished content.

This DLC proved Gearbox could have made DNF good if all the game design was actually theirs. Boo 3D Realms, they lost their touch after Duke 3D. Lets hope for a DNF 2!

@scbtripwire he did play the original games. the reason that you only get 2 weapons in DNF is because it makes the game more of a challenge, especially when there are ammo dumps that give you full ammo for every gun you've got, but if you really want to stop watching for such a moronic reason, go ahead we dont want you here.

DSP, are you using a logitech keyboard and mouse with a unifying receiver? There's a lot of problems with their unifying receivers, and a keyboard dropping inputs, lagging, or not responding are common symptoms.

@TheNotoriousGamers I thought they were a Doom 3 reference. Doom 3 begins with you having to go through a bioscan to enter the base. The guy doing the scan even tells you to stand still.
