Oh, I meant to add that as you've been leaning towards deeper shades, I've been experimenting with lighter colors. I've really struggled to find lighter colors that flatter me. So far Jane (Nars Audacious) is a winner. Smile...

I did a lot of lighter colors over the summer. I periodically get obsessed with nudes, find that many wash me out and so on. I agree that the darker colors are work. I really like the Charlotte Tilbury naked Kate and love the Gucci Ethereal. Armani does some nice lighter shades as does Urban Decay. If you find one you really like I'd love to hear!

Unusual right?  Most of these like shades have purple…but I'm with you…no purple…which makes it very unique!
