Nice one Victor, thanks for sharing it. I ate this in Alicante and Elche, it was a delight. We have something similar here in Romania, but it's made with beef (sometimes chicken breast) and pickles (cucumber and peperbel) . If you want, I can share it with you. It's usually made on Easter and Christmas days.
