Madison Wisconsin Verizon Wireless Protest
On 3/26/2011 Madison, Wisconsin fed up with tax dodging entered into the Verizon Wireless retail store and occupied it.
Yes, it's not a "corporate" store and that's not the point. However, I am
confused because I have wiped asses and I have flipped burgers and even
though your dollar amounts are way the hell off the mark, it would be more
correct if you had assigned the $10 to the ass wiping and the $1 to the
burger flipping. However, I find it rather sad that you are content with a
society which deploys an economic system where it's okay to pay shitty
wages and leave many people to fight for a crust of bread.
So, you don't see a problem with a system which forces people to have to
leap through hurdles just to exist? It's my understanding that under the
system we have prices are rising and pay isn't keeping up. Yet, you argue
that a person will place themselves into more debt just to keep up. If I am
wrong please explain this too me. P.S. While we may not see eye to eye I
look forward to the conversation.
This verizon protest was not from the recent protest. Check the upload date
(4 months ago) I guess I should have included not a corporate store. But
thanks for paying attention to the detail we need more people who pay
attention to detail in this world.
