Sorry djsymphonicangel17, but I don't want to post the whole thing because it is illegal. Gaiam is a great company, so I don't want to ignore their copyrights by posting full videos. However, they usually put enough content in their previews for you to get a good idea of what poses and exercises to do. Five minutes is a LONG preview for any DVD... Thanks for watching!

I would agree as well, and one can only hope that he does not intend for a beginner to attempt these in such a hurry, as he did. In fact, I would hope that he would not want ANYONE to perform these expeditiously, as, in my humble opinion, not only would it be quite dangerous, but is contradictory to the ideology of Yoga as a whole practice.

even though i am quite young i really love yoga nd want to pursue it for the rest of my life go to medaitainment dot com click on secret garden it allows time to fly by 25 mins and wow it really works i strted 2 days ago and i feel so much better and away from much stress!

i don't do yoga (although i might start, i'm horribly unflexible), but i really enjoy Rodney Yee's videos, he calms me down after a hard day even without doing the movements, it's his voice i think heh.
