@AWOwns I actually like this song, but it has no place in a hockey goal
horn. The old song made so much more sense. It has the team name in it, the
lyrics talk about taking down an opponent, and it's loud and gets the crowd
riled up. What more do you need?
@hakadava No, I'm a huge AC/DC fan and the old song made perfect sense. Not
only was it a great song but it made sense for the team. It was called
"Shot Down in Flames," for God's sake. This new song is just a piece of
shit. House music fucking sucks.
@0:26 what's that yelling? I know whenever the Flames score this guy yells
in the middle i think he's yelling "Flameeeeeeeeeeessssssss
goalllllll!!!!!!!!" or something. When u had Shot Down in Flames this guy
would yell in the middle.
@VancouverChokers avs aint much better when we played you we beat you 3-0
and 6-0 so you need to go change your tampon get some lube for your ass an
stop bieng mad the sedins kick your redneck incest filled teams ass
@BLOCK19PRODUCTIONS I'm not talking about the horn, I'm talking about the
song. It's different which is good, but it could be a lot better than da da
da da da da da da da da da
Barbara Striesand. LOL! Nothing really against the song, but it's not
really a hockey goal song, like when we had Vertigo. Bring back Shot Down
In Flames. Great song.
@yaymes98 Not a Flames fan I'm an Avs fan. But I'm calling them sisters
because I can. And yes even if you fuckheads win the cup they will still be
sisters.
the old song was too.. idk not as fast and pumping

Jeremy, these analysis videos are excellent! Keep up the great work. My
only issue with this demo, is that you mention he drives off his back foot.
He doesn't look like he's using his back foot for much other than to start
his hip rotation. It seems like he's mostly using his arms and hips to
shoot, and the leg extension is more to drop his knee and get low. I'm sure
that helps, but wouldn't the motion be more of a thrust off your back
foot's inside edge (and not merely dropping the knee)?
+Eric Levine Good eye, I do mention that in the video. About 1:56 I say "IF" he drives towards the net and digs the back leg in. Which means he can use that motion for even more power, however in this drills he's getting fed pucks and likely didn't want to drive to the net for every shot. Instead he drives the leg back, which still helps activate the hips and drops the weight, but he's not using his edges for the weight transfer. There are many ways to shoot a puck, for maximum power pushing into the ice with that back leg is preferred. This video isn't meant to be a "how to" it's just a look at how Lance Bouma shoots. You'll see pro's have a variety of shooting styles and habits.
Exhibit A: your breakdown of his first shot. If he actually drove off his back leg, wouldn't his momentum be going towards the goaltender? Instead, he's still coasting backwards on his front skate.
There are plenty of those videos out there, i wouldn't be surprised if Jeremy has made one already.

Hey dude how the heck are you lol? I have a question.... When I shoot what
part of the stick do I use when I hit the puck for each shot. (Slap shot,
wrist shot and snapshot)
