vw transporter t5 2.5 bnz new camshaft
After engine oil change, wngine developed knocking noise in air filter box and turbo pipe. I've diagnosed my van with camshaft and hidrolic lifters wear.
16 Air Filter Replacement
Simple maintenance, crazy that people pay to have this done for them! Takes a screwdriver and 5 minutes.
289BHP 2.0TDi MK5 Golf VKLR Turbo making a chatter/flutter noise when letting off. The ball bearings in the VKLR turbo cause the turbine to continue spinning ...
I live in northern utah, so what state is he located at? By the way the
turbo chatter sound awesome. What exhaust manifold would work for the brm
engine to fit the vklr turbocharger
+Rogelio Garcia He's in Kentucky so quite a drive for you. The best way is the swap the exhaust housing and fit to a tubular manifold - //www.darksidedevelopments.co.uk/products/tubular-top-mounted-manifold-for-1-9-tdi-with-gtb-turbocharger.html
@icloud you must be a retard!
Only one that gives people headache is you as if you knew anything about a
diesel then you would know not to put a dump valve on one
Do some research.
Christopher Baier is correct dump valve will relieve it from that excess
pressure. That sound is known to people as turbo chatter but technically
its bad as the pressure side and exhaust pressures are impaired.
Surge off throttle is not a problem at all. You can hear big trucks doing it all the time when changing gear and they last 1,000,000s of miles. A diesel does not have a throttle flap so does not need a dump valve / BOV
Audi A4 -Replacing the air filter
Mondeo 2.2 TDCi Vs Touareg V10 TDi (308bhp)
Mondeo 2.2 Titanium racing a VW Touareg 5.0 V10 TDi Mondeo is modded: Air Filter, Hybrid Turbo, Larger IC, Decat, Straight Through Exhaust and MSD ...
@MikkoMuhis tdci is ford engine. completely different engine, also running
on diesel it means turbo diesel commonrail injection just naming of the
engine. new vw tdi also have commonrail tehnology but, name remains tdi,
tdi among diesels is something like mercedes among cars, first diesel
engine that proven diesels are not slow, dirty etc. (1.9 tdi). so they
stick to the name there is also hyundai/kia crdi, mercedes cdi, bmw d,
volvo D5(among best), peugeot/citroen hdi etc
My ZSD 422 is a Citroen bottom end with a Ford top end. The big end shells
and conrods are not even replacable on a TDCI 2.2 and the inlet mans are
plastic. My old ARL had the better engineering it may have had 320nms of
torque but it revved that torque for longer. My 2.2 dishes out 366nms but
you'll be lucly to get that upto 3,000 revs. VW wipe the floor with Ford
and they always will and this is coming from a Ford owner.
The V10 soots a cloud of black smoke in hard acceleration, the video
quality isn't that great to see if this is actually a V10 or something
else.
P.S. I doubt that the driver had turned ESP off and selected spott mode for
the transmission. If he had (provided that it is a V10) you would hear
tires squealing on take off (too much torque even for huge tires and great
asphalt)...
I now have a 2.2 ZSD and before that I had a Leon 1.9 ARL. Can I just point
out VW aren't rubbish I had my ARL for five years and it never gave 1 bit
of trouble. The ERF gearbox was also smoother and slicker then.my ST TDCi
box. If any Ford fans want to bash TDI's against a ZSD speak to me. Ive had
both and VW make the better engines and gearboxes!
Forget it, i've a tuned V10 touareg, what i see here is a joke. I am not
into racing with my egg, but did a few times with colleagues, especially
when i first got the car. I beat by far a colleage with a BMW V8 530 or 535
(250 horse power petrol and manual gear).
VW should peel off then line with traction control disabled and if your
driving it right the awd should pull that pos like it aight no thing I've
spent enough time behind an 04 to know that German pice of fine engine
engineering will phuck that pos up
I meant a '07 530 and 535...I didn't know that you were talking about a '92
530 and '96 535 ... And that doesn't seem like v10 touareg to me at all...
it's more likely a v6 ...
It's possible, the Mondeo has bigger turbo and IC decat special remap and
boy has he reflexes. So even a Touareg with a soso driver can't do anything
to a car well driven !!
What both of them ? Did you read what I said ? MY Touareg is a V10 and it's
by far faster what I see in this video. And yes, BMW 530 of '95 is a V8
engine.
if you say that that car is a V10 in stead of telling the truth you fuck up
the V10 everybody thinks when they see this video that V10 a slow car is
pffff
I decided to "replace" the in cabin air filter in my Xterra. I have NEVER replaced them, so I figured after 168k miles its about time. Well, when I opened it up I ...
Same thing happened with my 2003 frontier exact same setup you have. I went
to change my filter and it was the same as yours.....There was none.
Cleaned out all the debris from inside the cooling box and put new filters
in and now it blows better than it has in a long time.
