I stayed there about 7 years ago. The room was full of cockroaches, i remember i woke up in the middle of the night and went to the bathroom, as soon as i turned on the bathroom light the little fuckers scurried away to somewhere dark to hide, but not before i seen one of them on my toothbrush ! I checked out the next day.

very bad hotel very bad staff and noisy too much because behind this hotel one company making new Belding you can't sleep in this facing hotel and staff they don't have respect for you

I'm very familiar with the Apex. It looks to be about the same. Spars but very inexpensive. And you can not beat the location. Thanks for the update.

I just stayed there, it's 650 for a new room, 550 for an old room. Can't beat the location, buffet, and on-site motorbike rental though :)
