Installing a Battery Tender harness on my motorcycle's battery. Decided to make a video of it. - Get your own Battery Tender stuff: //amzn.to/1a5G6GG ...
+Ducati NYC Vlog The only bad thing...this one went bad on me. Not sure if moisture got into it or something, but it stopped working and had to be trashed. I have yet to put on a new one on my current bike, but I do already have a battery tender still installed and I could just get the adapter for that.
Whatever the problem is; I hope you get it solved. It can be quite frustrating when your bike won't start. I plan on taking mine to a really good mechanic in the spring to have a Complete Check Up so that I won't have to ride with the worries. Best of Luck to You.
+7drakkar1 Thanks man. I actually need to pick up a new one because the one in this video actually bit the dust. Not sure why it stopped working, but I was going crazy thinking my charging cables were bad when it was really the plug pooped out on me. Right now I've just got my bike hooked up to the battery tender in the garage.
Great video! Hope you are riding this weekend! It is gorgeous in
Winchester. If you make it up this way would love to ride with ya. Be safe
and keep the rubber side down.
+Funn-E-Man Yeah I have actually, just not as a main bike. I want to be able to take road trips if it comes down to it. I would love to have a thumper though for around town kind of fun, most definitely.
I hate that, i had to look high and low for my GSXR. But i got her on accident after doing some work for a friend that couldn't pay me up front and traded me for it. Ever considered a DRZ or supermoto of some kind?
SV1000s, Z1000 (1st gen), VFR800 (5th gen), Vtr1000. Bikes like that. Mainly the SV1000 but I'm really picky on condition and price and I've checked Craigslist daily for around VA and closer surrounding areas. The ones that caught my eye sold really quick and the one I checked out ended up being a dud! Hah
Appreciate it! I am actually not riding currently, I sold my bike just recently and on the hunt for my next machine. Was just up near Potomac Falls this past weekend looking at a bike but didn't pull the trigger. Looks like I might be up in near Gainsville soon to check out another. If I'm up that way riding, I'll let you know. Appreciate the comment.
Thanks dude. I've got a few more educational vids that I shot but I haven't been motivated to edit together haha. I think I'll get them up one of these days!
