+Sonia Gagné to make a forward (or right) knot, make a usual four with the first string on the left, over the second string on the left. Then take the end of the first string, and simply put it under the loop of the four, and hold on to the second string (or the base of the four), and with the other hand, take the first string and pull it to the top. For the backwards (or left) knot, do the same, only make the four the other way around, so that it looks like a mirror image of a usual four. And make a knot and youre done! -Hope this helped :)

Well, I don't know how it is at wherw ever you are from. But normally, a woman's hands and her nails should be well taken care of. So you say that it is OK for a woman,especially a one who exhibits mainly her hands during her work, to go around with old , worn off nail polish???That is strange.... So you would do that too??? I mean, what does it take to take off the worn off nail polish and to put a fresh coat on? Or just to take off the disgusting looking coat without putting on a new coat???I still insist on the fact that she should have self respect as well as respect for her audiance...

well, ıt may very well be about bracelets. But she makes the bracelets with your hands and they are exposed during your work. So wouldn't it be nice of her to have some self respect as well as respect for her audiance and take care of her nails before she goes on public?
