This is the way I cook, most of the time. Figuring out how to use what I have on hand, and make a tasty meal. Your recipe looks so good I have to give a Thumbs Up... I save my chicken bones and skin, in the freezer, in bags...when I have enough I make a pot of chicken stock, which I freeze. Homemade stock has been the beginning of many meals at my house.

+Judith Loue I freeze a lot of vegetables. I never thought to freeze the fat. Thanks for the idea. I will definitely be doing that
