What if on the second cycle, the picked card lands on the 1st pile? Which
means that 1 minus 1 equal 0, and 0 times 7 is 0, plus the pile number on
the first cycle ? Let's say that on the first cycle the picked card lands
on the 5th pile, which calculates to 5 card from the top is the picked
card?
What if the second time around thier card is in the 1st pile? Do you do 1
minus 1= 0 then multiply by 7? that'd be zero? Do you just add nothing then
to the first pile number you had when they laid the cardss down? good trick

The answer is what you were taught in basic math: 0 I tried it. First time
through, the card was in pile 6. Second time through it was in pile 1.
(1-1) x 7 = 0 0 + 6 = 6. My card was the 6th card I turned over.
B-1*7+A A-number of the pile (1st time) B-number of the pile (2nd time)
(example first time it was the 5th pile and second time it was the 2nd pile
