the thing that makes cold mountain sad for me, is the idea of a time that
has passed, people gone, it evokes a tragic nostalgia, and its the music
that mainly does it. good choice of scenery, as what you chose is monuments
to those who once lived. all that remains of them is monuments and decaying
grave stones, that will not last. its an ode to mortality.

First of all, thank you for your video. Oakland is a wonderful gem of local
history that needs to be preserved. However, it is a private company so the
city will not step in. Also it is in a part of town that most wouldn't dare
go.
Moreover, it shouldn't be the city's responsibility to take care of it. We
should care enough that we put down our iPhones, get out of the ac, and get
uncomfortable in order to honor those that came before us.
enjoyed this so much, the slides capture the feeling of loss so touchingly.
The emotions stirred by being in a place where time seems to stand still
are so moving- Thanks for posting this beautiful slide show-
In this video, two of our investigators are working with their EVP recorders, the K-II meter and a camcorder at a mausoleum next to the confederate dead in ...
I hear bird sounds, a low pitched human sounding whistle, but also a woman
singing starting around 1:48 (even a little before that). Was the woman
heard at the time? Jim
2:31 yes to does she have children, is 2:57 you making a sniff, or is she
saying thanks? 4;20 -21 sounds like terrible, terrible when you ask about
what the war was like
Most of the tennents have no respect for their neighbors and steal decore
pieces outside their front doors. The people I catch are mostly drunk and
usually after 12:00AM. Neighbors play loud music way after 10:00PM and
start at 4:00 AM What's even worse, the front desk and the UPS sends
packages to the wrong units! The good people are either leaving or being
let go. It's the bad ones who stay.
I read the story about this building and If it is haunted I have yet to see
it for myself. I do know this: The building is poorly managed and the
tennents and staff are very rude.
