Is Animal Testing Justified? (The Big Questions)
Whats More Videos Subscribe Nicky Campbell hosts the topical debate show from Samworth Enterprise Academy in Leicester. The Big Question is: Is Animal ...
if they don't suffer or feel at most very little discomfort in some of
these tests they do on monkeys, then why not have a human do it? just the
fact that this was not an option is telling enough.
OF COURSE WE NEED TO TEST IT TO ANIMALS BEFORE WE DO IT TO HUMANS. FIRST
AND FOREMOST WE NEED TO SUBJECT THOSE ANIMALS TO INCREDIBLE PAIN AND
SUFFERING BECAUSE WE ARE VIOLENT CREATURES. AND THEN WE REPEAT THE SAME
TEST TO HUMANS BECAUSE WE ACTUALLY KNOW THAT TESTING IT TO ANIMALS IS KIND
OF POINTLESS SINCE WE SECRETLY KNOW THAT THOSE TESTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO
HUMANS TO BEGIN WITH (I AM TALKING ABOUT HUMAN ILLNESSES EXPERIMENTED ON
ANIMALS). KIND OF IRRATIONAL THINKING. BUT WE DO IT ANYWAY SINCE IT'S COOL.
IT'S COOL TO BE STUPID.
whether they themselves go for clinical trials is their choice, it more applies to u people, if u people are so concerned about human species, U R THE ONES WHO SHOULD UNDERGO THOSE EXPERIMENTS than any others....i am an indian...and that indian girl speaks nonsense...when she talks about 'sign a consent'...why to take a consent of people, simply choose some people and experiment on them, u cannot because people can speak & fight, but that is not the case with animals...if consent is a matter of fact then are these animals are being consented before experimenting on them? no, so do not justify you superior species mentality with such logic.
we are becoming too moral for our own good. morality gives social animals a
selective advantage because it helps them survive, grow, and prosper. if
its going to be used to grant other animals the same rights as humans then
we are not going to be capable of developing treatments, and cures that
would otherwise save human lives, reduce human suffering, and allow us to
have a better chance at survival. however, i dont really think anyone
values their life the same as other animals. if anyone finds themselves in
a situation where it comes down to a choice between their own survival or
suffering or another animal they would almost always choose themselves. so
this whole passionate opposition to animal testing is pathetic.
humans survived more calamities even before the first english medicine was invented....so do not talk about human existence, all the medicines till date developed had not saved many lives and even the death toll is increasing day by day, because they lack commitment being money minded, when they have commitment & aim they can achieve many things without using animals, humans have achieved many goals which were initially thought to be impossible, so its NOT impossible to achieve the same.....the only reason they are using animals is, as that old dickhead researcher said 'to minimize experiments' which will minimize their investment cost, this is what i said above money minded.........and who said every person would choose himself/herself over animal....would u sacrifice ur pet dog which u love the most in a situation like that to save ur life? not all people would sacrifice animals in those situations...there are still empathetic people who would sacrifice themselves rather than the poor animals in that situation, because of these people only the original humanity is still alive in this world.
Fudge man… If they're so strong on taking animals out of animal testing,
then why don't they, themselves go to pre-clinical trials. They make no
sense. They have all this big talk about how animals shouldn't suffer, but
if they are so strong on that principle, then why aren't they taking an
animal's place? Like the Indian lady said, "no one is ready to to that!"
we do not need animal testing now our advances in technology will take down this barbaric practice....the sooner we learn that a life is a life is when we can stop suffering.
I do agree with you, he makes great points. I do not feel he stutters extensively however. It can become quite a daunting task to articulate your words on public television, or in the public eye - he's not that bad, and I have seen much, much worse, and from people who make very weak claims.

+Robert Kovacs Thanks for a fast response :) What if I print the PDF mirrored (I dont know how yet, but i think it can be done)? You think that could be a sloution as well?
+manjii There are two options:1: Fold everything to the opposite direction, but in this case the numbers will be visible outside2: Print to thin paper first and copy it to the cardboard, like I did, just flip the sides when you copy. Its more time but the result will be nicer
Ok thank you very much for responding! I am totally up for the commitment because I think the final project looks too cool! I am gonna try making one this weekend. Thanks again for making this epic video!
